A WhatsApp account banned message is a block on WhatsApp itself. The review starts in WhatsApp, on the screen that tells you the account is banned. Screenshot it, including any reason line, then use the review button there. Write who you are and that you want the decision reviewed. Keep it true and short.
WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook can share a phone number and still show different notices. Open each app.
Send every screenshot, not only the WhatsApp one. A case with one picture of the wrong app gets filed against the wrong notice.
What not to do
Do not send your WhatsApp registration code to anyone. That code registers the account on their phone. Do not pay a stranger who says they work at WhatsApp support. The review button in the app is the official step.
If you still have the old phone, leave WhatsApp installed until you have saved the screenshot. A reinstall can hide the ban screen you needed.
We prepare and file Meta appeals through official channels. For a WhatsApp ban tied to an Instagram or Facebook account, send the number and the screenshots. We open support chats, send follow-up emails, and push the case hard until it gets looked at. It takes a few days. Start a case on the contact page. How it works is the three steps. We never ask for your password.
