See which app is actually stopped

Instagram opens and Threads alone shows a ban. Screenshot the Threads screen, including any policy line, and use the review button in Threads. Tell us the Instagram username in the same message.
Someone else is posting, or the password changed without you. That is a takeover, not this ban screen. Use Threads account hacked.
