Who we are

UnbanPro runs the website at https://unbanpro.com. Contact: [email protected]. Add your registered business name and address here before launch.

The service

We help people and businesses prepare and file appeals for Instagram and Facebook accounts that are banned, disabled, suspended, or locked after a hack. We file those appeals through Meta's official channels.

We do not buy, sell, or hack accounts. We do not log in to your account. We do not work for Meta.

Not Meta

UnbanPro is an independent service. We are not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook, and we are not Meta Verified. Nothing on this site is an official Meta notice.

Passwords

We never ask for your password, login codes, or backup codes. Don't send them. If a message asking for those uses our name, it isn't us.

Terms for each case

Details and terms for each case are agreed with you on WhatsApp or email before any work begins. The case review is free.

Your side of the case

• You give us accurate information about the account and the notice.
• You own the account, or you have the right to ask for the appeal.
• If Meta asks you for an ID check or a video selfie, you complete that with Meta.
• You don't send us secrets we didn't ask for.

We can say no

We can turn a case down at the review. We can also stop if we later learn the account isn't yours, or that the facts we were given were wrong.

Not a law firm

This is not legal advice, and hiring us does not make us your lawyer. If you need a lawyer, hire one.

Liability
