Instagram account disabled in Pakistan

Short answer. An Instagram account disabled in Pakistan is appealed from the notice on the login screen. Screenshot it and request a review there. You can message UnbanPro on WhatsApp in Urdu or English. Send the username and the screenshot. We never ask for the password.

Instagram account disabled in Pakistan still means one screen: the notice you see when you try to log in. The appeal is the button on that notice. You do not need a different process because the account was opened in Pakistan.

You can talk to us in Urdu or English. The WhatsApp button on this page opens a short Urdu note. Edit it if English is easier. The work is the same either way.

The long version of the steps is Instagram account disabled: how to get it back. Read that if you want every tap. The notes below are the ones we hear from Pakistan.

Do this first

  1. Log in on a phone you have used for the account.
  2. Screenshot the full notice. If Instagram is in Urdu, keep it in Urdu. If it is in English, keep that. Do not retype the message from memory.
  3. Write down the username, and the email or mobile number that was on the account.
  4. Use the review button on the screen. Finish a code check or a video selfie if Instagram asks. The selfie stays inside the app. Do not forward the clip.
  5. Check the email on the account, including spam.

A countdown on the screen is the time left to disagree. Use it. The explanation is on Instagram 180 days to disagree.

What to ignore

People in local Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats offer to “open” a disabled account if you send the password, the six-digit code, or an ID photo. That is not Instagram support, and it is not UnbanPro. We file the appeal through Meta’s own official channels. We never ask for your password.

If the email on the account was changed before the ban, that is a hack plus a disable. Secure the old inbox if you still can, then follow Instagram hacked recover and appeal the notice. Tell us both facts in the first message.

A Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone number only matters if it is the number Instagram has on the account. The network itself does not file the appeal. If you still receive SMS on that number, you can use it when Instagram sends a code. Type the code yourself.

Do not make a new Instagram on the same number while this appeal is open.

If you want us to file it

Send the username and the screenshots. Say if the account is personal, a creator page, or a shop. The review is free. It takes a few days. We open support chats, send follow-up emails, and push the case hard until it gets looked at. 100% refund if we can’t get your account back.

How it works is the three steps. Start a case on the contact page if you want email. The India page is the neighbour note, and the locations page lists the other countries. We work remotely. You do not need to be in a particular city.
