Meta Business Suite restricted means a working tool just stopped. Inbox, posts, Instagram messages, or the Page itself will not do what it did yesterday. The fix starts on the screen that names the restriction, filed by an admin.
The suite is not the same thing as a personal Facebook login. If you can still scroll Facebook as yourself, you are not in the Facebook account disabled flow. Stay in the suite and read the asset it flags.
Name the restriction before you appeal
Open Meta Business Suite on a computer if the phone app is cramped. Look at the banner and the account list. Write down:
- The Page name, and the Instagram account connected to it.
- The exact limit. Posting, messaging, ads, or the whole Page.
- Any policy line under the banner.
- Whether you are an admin or someone with a smaller role.
Screenshot each of those. A cropped banner without the Page name is harder to file.
Ads that will not run, while the Page still posts, belong on the ad account page when Account Quality names the ad account. Use Facebook ad account disabled for that screen. Use this page when the suite itself says the Page or a feature is restricted.
Request the review as an admin
The review button is on the restriction. Use it. Confirm you are the admin it expects. If there is a text box, write:
- The Page name and what the business is.
- The date the restriction appeared.
- The feature that stopped.
- That you want this restriction reviewed.
- One fact if it matters: a former employee had access, a hacked Instagram was connected, or the notice names a post you can explain.
Submit once. Watch the email on the Page and on the admin profile. Keep the confirmation screenshot with the first one.
If Meta asks for a business document or an ID, upload it inside their tool. That file does not come to UnbanPro.
An editor, a moderator, or an agency login with partial access can see the banner and still be unable to request the review. Get an admin on the thread. If the only admin is locked out of their personal profile, appeal that profile first and tell us the Page name in the same message.
Check the connected Instagram
Business Suite ties a Facebook Page to an Instagram professional account. A restriction can show on one side first. Open Instagram. If it lets you in, look at Account Status and the professional dashboard. If it shows a disable or suspension notice, screenshot it and follow Instagram account disabled: how to get it back.
Do not create a second Page to dodge the restriction. Meta’s enforcement notes cover accounts opened to get around a limit. The appeal belongs on the Page in the notice.
After the review is in
Remove people who should not be admin. Disconnect apps you do not use to post or message. Check that the email on the Page is one you open. Those steps do not replace the review. They keep the next person from walking in through a spare key.
We file Business Suite reviews through Meta’s own official channels. We open support chats, send follow-up emails, and push the case hard until it gets looked at. It takes a few days.
How it works is the short version. Start a case on the contact page with the Page name and the screenshot. Say “Business Suite” in the first line. We never ask for your password.
