UnbanPro vs Unbanz is a fair question if you want help with a banned Instagram or Facebook account. Both are independent services. Neither one is Meta. This page says what each company publishes about its own work, so you can pick the job that matches.
We are not Unbanz, and this is not their site. Their pages are at unbanz.com. If a detail here ever drifts from what they currently print, believe their site.
What both have in common
From their public pages, and from ours:
- You send a username or profile link, plus a screenshot of the notice.
- The appeal goes through Meta’s official process. Nobody needs your password to do that.
- You talk to a person on WhatsApp or email.
- You are told to ignore anyone who uses the company name and then asks for a password or a login code.
- The companies are not affiliated with Meta.
That overlap is real. The differences are in scope, contact, and the refund line.
What UnbanPro does
We prepare and file appeals for Instagram and Facebook. That includes disabled and suspended profiles, hacked accounts that turned into a ban, ad accounts, and Meta Business Suite restrictions.
We read the notice for free. If we take the case, we file it through Meta’s own official channels. We open support chats, send follow-up emails, and push the case hard until it gets looked at. It takes a few days.
Terms for the case are agreed on WhatsApp or email before any work begins. We do not put prices on this site. 100% refund if we can’t get your account back. We never ask for your password.
Contact us here, not on a look-alike number: WhatsApp +1 623-324-1481, or [email protected]. The button on this page opens WhatsApp with a short note filled in. Start a case on the contact page if you prefer email. The three steps are on how it works.
We do not do Snapchat. We do not sell usernames, claim someone else’s handle, or file takedowns to remove another person’s account.
What Unbanz does
Unbanz describes itself as a service for banned Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat accounts, plus username claims, account removal requests, and restricted Meta ad accounts. Their how-it-works is the same shape as a normal appeal service: you send the username and the notice, they tell you the terms, and they handle the process.
Their site says the password and login codes stay with you. Their contact page lists WhatsApp +1 934 201 2490 and [email protected]. Their refund page says the price and any refund terms are agreed before work, and that you can read the policy at unbanz.com/refund-policy. Their FAQ says a username claim that does not land is refunded in full. For their other services, they say the refund terms are the ones agreed for that job.
We are not going to restyle their offer. If you want Snapchat, a username claim, or a removal request, read their pages and talk to them.
How to choose
Choose UnbanPro if the job is an Instagram or Facebook appeal and you want it pushed through official channels, with this refund: 100% refund if we can’t get your account back. Message us with the username and the screenshot.
Choose Unbanz if you specifically want a service they list and we do not, such as Snapchat or a username claim. Use the contact details on their site so you are talking to them.
Either way, do the checks on Best Instagram recovery service. No password. No “friend at Meta.” Terms before work. A site and an email that match. Is paying for Instagram recovery legit explains why the payment itself is not the problem. The method is.
If you already know the notice by heart, the step-by-step is on Instagram account disabled: how to get it back. You can file that button yourself. Hiring either service is for when you want the appeal handled.
